In the middle of the hills of beautiful Dutch South Limburg lies this old timber-framed pub in the center of the cozy village of Mechelen. Mechelen is part of the municipality of Gulpen-Wittem. Within walking distance are shops, pubs and restaurants, and from the garden start beautiful walks and bike rides. Next to the house is the oldest pub in the village, with a backyard that borders mine. The space You enter the house through a hallway with toilet and coat rack. Through a door you go to the spacious kitchen with all modern facilities and sitting area, and through another door you go to the living room. In the living room (5m x 5m) there is a sliding door with the stairs to the upper floor behind it. There are the master bedroom with three beds (3x90x200) and the smaller bedroom with bed of 130x190 plus children's bed of 70x140. There is a large bathroom with a bathtub, separate shower, toilet, bidet, and sink. The entrance is through the hallway and through the master bedroom. Guest access You have the whole house at your disposal. The owner lives on the same property in a cottage behind the kitchen. Through the alley you enter the backyard with shed for storing your bicycle. Other things to note There is an alley next to the house. The owner uses this alley to go to her cottage. You will also receive a key to the alley to put your bicycles in the backyard. The large garden and vegetable garden with several seats are shared; the terrace behind the small cottage is private.
