The space This home has a main level bedroom with king bed and full bathroom. Vaulted ceiling with ceiling fans along with wood fireplace. There is AC in this home along with a fan that brings up cooler air from the basement level. The switch is on the wall by the kitchen entrance. There is a ceiling fan in the upstairs bedroom and there is a work station as well and a 3/4 bathroom. Lower level bedroom has a king bed and the other lower level bedroom has a futon and 2 single beds which are bunks. Selection of games along with smart TV on main level and lower level. The back screened in porch has comfortable seating and access to the propane grill. There are 2 new adult bikes and 2 new kid bikes available to use for you as you wish. 2 kayaks with paddles are also for guest use. There are 2 adult life jackets and 1 child jacket along with 4 bike helmets if you need them. The famous Paul Bunyan Bike trail is 2 blocks away and the public access to Pine Mountain lake is north 2 blocks on Washburn Ave. Great restaurant in town on main street features burgers and more! Bait shop and restaurant on HWY 371 only a minute or 2 away at the Corner Store. Pine Mountain Lake features very good fishing and you can also enjoy all your water recreation. There is a dock provided on this property you may tie up if you wish. Please watch the weather. It is shallow for a ways out but it does stay about 1.5 to 2 feet deep depending on lake levels, so most boats and pontoons can navigate. The shoreline is a semi loam softer bottom with some weeds. Fire ring is down by the lake with 2 lawn chairs. Please bring your own firewood, you are welcome to any firewood left on the property. Propane grill is on the back deck and ready for your use. Kitchen is fully stocked along with Keurig coffee maker. There is small Blvd that runs in front of this property. Other things to note * All cancellations follow booking platform rules as outlined.
