Classic Gotland stone house

This beautiful and cozy house built 1800 sits on a large property located in middle of Stånga on southern Gotland. Walking distance to the golf course Gumbalde. With 3 bedrooms and a guest house there is plenty of space for friends and families that want to be close to everything Gotland has to offer and have plenty of room to relax. Please note there are pets allowed and allergic should be aware The space The house has two floors, on the entrance floor there is a bathroom with shower and washing machine, kitchen and a living room with two sofas and a single bed. On the upper floor of the house there are three bedrooms (2, 2, 1 beds in each room that can be pulled apart) and a toilet. There is also a guest house on the grounds which only has thin insulation (and therefore slightly cooler in spring/autumn) which also accommodates two beds. Guest access Parking is at the entrance to the plot from the main road by the barn. The barn itself is not open to guests. Otherwise, everything else is available. Other things to note There are pets, and although it is cleaned, we cannot guarantee that allergic people may sufferers. Also note that we have our own well for water and that you have to be sparing with this.
