This spacious, beautifully appointed home is close to the city and the University of QLD but you’d never know it! Nestled in the leafy suburb of Yeronga it has river glimpses and a gorgeous pool. It has as many living spaces as it does bedrooms so if you want to be together as a family but still have your own space you will find it here. The master bedroom will knock-your-socks off so you might never want to leave and the kitchen, dining and deck is perfect for anyone’s home-away-from-home. The space This is a beautifully appointed, 2 story, 3 bedroom, spacious home in the leafy suburb of Yeronga which comfortably sleeps 6 + guests. Yeronga is a quiet, family friendly neighbourhood, close to the Brisbane river. Only 5.5 km from the city, 3 kms from the University of Queensland, 1 km to the closest shops and cafe so you can walk, catch public transport (bus or train) or hire our car (via Ubershare) to get around. Alternatively, city cycles and/or scooters might be more your style. Recently renovated, 2 bedrooms have queen beds and the third has matching king singles. The main bedroom is stunning with it’s own full size bathroom, walk-in robe, sitting area, study desk, and patio with river views. A modern kitchen with all the appliances and utensils you will ever need - steam oven, coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave, drinks fridge, air fryer and more. A spacious living and dining area, overlooks an entertainers desk and the heated pool, complete with waterfall. For those needing to get some work done, there are two study areas with hi-speed wifi available. If it’s RNR you are after, there are 3 seperate sitting areas. The main media room comes equipped with leather recliners and big screen tv with multiple streaming services - Netflix, binge, Stan, Prime etc. Upstairs you will find another full sitting area, balcony and coffee nook. Strictly no parties. Please vacate the pool area by 9pm and no music or loud noises after 10 pm. This is a residential area with great neighbours so please respect the noise limits. You will have the entire 3 bedroom house to yourself but your hosts do live on site so you may pass us on the front lawn from time to time or at the clothes line which are the only shared areas. Minimum booking is 3 days. Guest access You will have access to the main house, patio’s, garage, back yard and pool area. We live on site in a self-contained unit at the front of the property. The only shared space is the clothes line and we may cross paths on the front lawn.
