Luxurious & stylish 3 bedroom house. 3 bedrooms, one kingsize, one with 2 single beds and one with cotbed. Room for 4 adults + 1 child maximum. Large living room with 50 inch smart OLED TV, huge corner sofa & Piano. Sliding doors onto private south facing garden. On a quiet street in the lovely Hither Green next to 2 parks. Central London access in 20 mins from Hither Green to London Bridge. Station is 7 mins walk away. Please note we no longer have a cat. The space We both work from home usually so our WiFi is very good! Kitchen: - Large, fully equipped spacious kitchen. Includes dining table & 4 chairs. Double oven, large fridge freezer, microwave, air fryer, toaster, kettle, blender. All the cutlery & crockery you’d need. Living room: - Huge Swyft corner sofa (very comfy) that can comfortably seat 4 people. 50 inch OLED Smart TV with ambilight, Amazon prime, Netflix, BBC, ITV etc. There’s also a nook with a Piano. Utility: - Small utility room with washing machine & iron. Toilets: - Downstairs toilet and sink. Upstairs bathroom has a toilet, bath and large freestanding shower. Bedroom 1: - large bedroom with kingsize bed. Bedroom 2: - large bedroom trundle bed that splits into two single beds. Has 2 desks (including one standing desk) and an office chair. Bedroom 3: - nursery with cotbed for a child. Garden: - There is a sunny south-facing garden at the back, which is very private (not overlooked much)! Guest access Entire place.
