The Green Room - Victorian home 200m from seafront

A Bed & Breakfast in our beautiful 4bed Victorian house with 2 double guest rooms available for rent. Totally renovated to a very high standard we are set on a quiet residential street close to the main High Street which has many excellent breakfast cafes, restaurants & bars. As well as being 200metres from the West Kirby promenade and beach we are also only 1.5 miles away from Royal Liverpool Golf Club and a ten minute walk to the rail station with a 30minute train ride into central Liverpool The space The Green Bedroom is a spacious room with a large bay window to the front aspect of the house and the guests have their own dedicated bathroom. The room has its own TV and coffee making facilities and we include a light breakfast of cereal and toast as standard which is laid out in our dining room between 8am and 10am. A washing machine is also available if required. If you wish to book two bedrooms you will find that we have a separate Air BnB listing for guests to book both of our spare bedrooms (The Green Room & The Pink Room) as a single booking for two to four people. If you book both of our bedrooms you will only be sharing the bathroom with other members of you party. Guest access We allow guests to use our dining room and garden which they will share with us. We do not normally allow guests to use our kitchen or sitting room facilities as this is our private space. The house is only a five minute walk to the main high street with plenty of excellent cafes, restaurants and bars. During your stay We live at the property and so will normally be on hand if you have any questions or need any assistance. We like to be at the property to greet you when you arrive but have contingency plans in place to give you access to the property if we are out when you arrive. Other things to note Although we do not normally allow guests to bring their own pets to stay, we do have two small, very friendly Scotty dogs of our own called Rufus & Macy. Whilst we make every effort to keep our dogs contained, we would ask guests to respect the fact that the house is our Dogs' home as well as ours.
