It is located in the Hills of Mount Washington, away from everything but close to Downtown, Silverlake, Glendale, and Pasadena. You can enjoy privacy, quietness, and the breeze of freshness from the lush gardens with its fruit trees and the surrounding Hills. The inside is adorable and memorable, with a small white marble kitchen with a fridge and a freezer, plenty of cabinets, a microwave, induction heating plates, a desk, a 50-inch Smart TV, a quiet mini split unit for AC and heating. The Sofa bed can be converted into a queen bed for the overnight guest. The bathroom is cute as a button with its fabulous wooden tiles. We provide fast WIFI with its secured router, Apple TV, and Applications such as Netflix, Prime Video, MAX, and Hulu. We included all utilities. Easy to find street parking. This is the foremost place to live in Los Angeles, but enjoy the peacefulness and dive into the energetic mood of the city within minutes. We have three dogs: Lili-Mae (Frenchie), P-Nut (Chihuahua), and Cowboy (Chihuahua). They are confined to our upper deck. But they would love to meet you.
