Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located 1 bedroom condo. -1 block to the beach -10 min walk to downtown -15 min walk to AMTRAK Downeaster Train (Seasonal) -Numerous restaurants, bars, beach pier, and Palace Playland Amusement Park & Arcade all within walking distance (Seasonal) The space -Ground level, corner end unit. -Smaller sized 1 bedroom condo with a living room/kitchen. -Bedroom has a queen-size bed while living room/kitchen has a queen-size sleeper sofa. -Sleeper Sofa can accommodate 1 or 2 people depending on size (adult/child) etc. -There is a designated parking space right in front of the unit. ***There is internet provided by the Condo Management Association, which is provided to all units. Thus, if there is an issue with the internet, it is something I would have to address with HOA as I do not have my own internet service provider***. Guest access -You also have access to the common room which also included the free washer & dryers. -Trash Dumpster is located in the back of the building.
