Banff Beaver Cabins - Gopher Basement Suite

Gopher Basement Suite is one of seven units on our property known as Banff Beaver Cabins, a “Class B Alberta Heritage Site” and one of the earlier set of tourist cabins built in Banff. Situated in downtown Banff, one block away from Banff’s main street. The space Cozy basement bachelor suite with a double and single bed in the same bedroom, microwave kitchenette with hotplate. The bathroom is very small with a shower with shower head at 5′ 11” and ceiling 6′ 4” and a toilet. The sink is in the room right in front of the bathroom. Guest access We invite all our guests to enjoy the BBQ area as well as the backyard including a gazebo and picnic table Other things to note Please note that the temperature control for the basement suite is located in the upper cabin and can't be adjusted. We ask all our guests in the upstairs cabin to keep the thermostat at 21 degrees Celsius. If this is too cold for you, we keep a space heater in the suite as well as extra blankets. If it's too hot, please open the windows. The stairs to the Gopher Basement Suite are tight and fairly steep. Parking is carefully laid out. Please pay very close attention to parking instructions provided in the cabin. If vehicles are not properly aligned the parking lot will not function.
