Out of respect for the neighborhood and the tranquil atmosphere of the village, music and lively conversations outdoors are not allowed. The house has 5 bedrooms, including 4 double bedrooms, as well as a dormitory with 6 single beds (90 x 190 cm). All rooms come with blackout shutters or blinds. The sleeping area and bathrooms are upstairs, with 3 separate toilets on the ground floor and upstairs. Fiber wifi is available throughout the house, and a workspace with a garden view awaits you in bedroom 2. The dining kitchen, for 6 people, is equipped with an old open fireplace. The dining area offers a large table seating up to 8 adults and 6 children, or a maximum of 12 adults. The cozy living room includes two 3 seater sofas, two armchairs and an ottoman, with an insert fireplace for a cozy atmosphere. Upstairs, you will find the dormitory for 6 people and 4 double bedrooms, 2 of which have private shower rooms. A large bathroom with bathtub is also available. Two bedrooms as well as the dorm have a TV with Chromecast. The gas plancha is available for your use from May 1st to the end of September. The outdoor pool, accessible from early May (weather permitting) to late September, is equipped with an electric submerged solar cover to maintain and warm the water temperature and secure the pool when not in use. In order to preserve the peace and quiet of the neighborhood, swimming is allowed from 8am to 8pm. A pool attendant intervenes every morning or evening in high season for maintenance and water readings. It will only have access to the surroundings of the pool and the barn where the technical room is located, without the need to solicit your presence. A gardener also intervenes every 10 to 15 days for the maintenance of green spaces; please allow him access during his intervention. Many Champagne estates are open to visitors in the area.
