Fantastic centre-city location - 5 minutes walk from everything! This cute 4th-floor east-facing apartment is in Napier’s Art Deco quarter with city views out to the Pacific. Hear the waves breaking at night. There's an open-plan layout, a sunny balcony and secure parking for one vehicle - leave your car in safety and explore the city on foot. The perfect choice for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Not suitable for children under 14 years. The space On arrival you will be met at the secure gated carpark and provided with a swipe key-card to give access to the carpark, building, and apartment. Entering the lobby, one of two modern lifts takes you to the fourth floor. The east-facing apartment has an open-plan kitchen/dining area with an adjoining balcony overlooking the city and ocean. There's a separate lounge (via bi-fold doors), double bedroom (king-size bed) and bathroom (shower only). A built-in desk next to the kitchen unit overlooks the balcony and is a handy workspace. The ceramic stove hob, washing machine and dishwasher are all installed in 2022 and the apartment was recently recarpeted. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need for a short- or long-term stay. If there's something missing, please ask! The perfect location for a short- or long-term stay for business or pleasure - you won't want to leave. Guest access A couple of cupboards are reserved for storage, otherwise the apartment is fully equipped and accessible for guests. A selection of tea, coffee, cooking condiments and sauces are provided for guest use. Other things to note My goal is to provide comfortable, affordable accommodation with everything you need on hand. If there's anything else you need, just ask! If you are flying in, with notice I can pick you up/drop you off at the airport ($25 cash; $40 both ways). All guests must abide by the building's Body Corporate rules which will be provided on arrival. The apartment, balcony, building and carpark are all strictly non-smoking, non-vaping areas. Illegal drugs are not tolerated. To respect other apartment dwellers, no parties or late-night gatherings are permitted. To keep the carpets fresh for all visitors, I'd appreciate you leaving your shoes at the door please (shoe rack provided). Keep track of your key - replacement cost for lost or damaged keycards is $15; if late at night a locksmith callout fee may be incurred.
