Acorn Annex sits nestled in the heart of the pretty village of Ludham North Norfolk surrounded by beautiful countryside. If exploring is your passion Acorn Annex is ideally positioned for the Broads and the Coastline. The area provides such delights with stunning bird migratory, seal colonies and wonderful walks. Hickling NWT, Horsey Beach, Winterton Beach and the Broads Marshes are all easily accessible. The Weavers Way walk is close by. There are many walks also directly from the Annex The space Our roomy attached Annex built in 2021 has its own entrance, parking, lounge with patio doors over looking our half acre garden. Fully equipped kitchenette , roomy bathroom with shower and comfortable bedroom with Kingsize bed. Full independent central heating to keep you warm and cosy. Acorn Annex provides a homely and comfortable space where we hope you will relax and enjoy your stay. Guest access You will have your own entrance to Acorn Annex with a private patio with table and chairs. If we are not around on your arrival there will be a lock box. The garden is for your use where you will find a furnished Summer House and garden benches to enjoy your stay. Single guests are most welcome , we offer a safe and secure space for all. Parking is on the driveway adjacent to the Annex. Other things to note Our tentative venture into hosting visitors to our Little Gem in 2023 could not have gone better, we enjoyed welcoming guests from far and wide and gratefully received some lovely feedback. We hope to welcome new faces and some familiar guests too. Bella and Autumn our spaniels are well mannered and very friendly. They are not allowed in the Annex or Patio but they enjoy the garden and will be happy to play ball for the duration of your stay!!
