The house is spread over two levels and was created through a careful renovation of an 18th-century oil mill, an alternation of stone and wood that creates magical atmospheres. At the entrance there is a patio, under which a large table can accommodate up to eight/ten people, from here you can admire the unfolding of the characteristic Ligurian dry stone walls and the centuries-old olive trees that surround the pool. From the veranda, two French doors give access to the house; from one you enter directly into the large and functional kitchen, equipped with all sorts of appliances to support your culinary fantasies, from the other you access the main living room, the pride of the house, about 60 sqm with a ceiling over 4 meters high, it houses the old mill, finely restored under the watchful eye of the fine arts. The furnishings are completed by a large full-size sofa bed, a comfortable chaise longue and a high-seated table with stools, ideal for aperitifs with friends. Continuing beyond the mill, you enter a first sleeping area. On the right is the luxurious master bathroom, finely tiled with blue ceramic where the large oval tub is the star. Continuing, a steep wooden staircase (not suitable for small children and the elderly) leads to a romantic double attic room overlooking the old presses. The house has a second room, adjacent to the large living room, where a second double sofa bed allows you to further expand the number of people the villa can accommodate. The latter in turn communicates, through a stone rampant arch, with the kitchen giving rise to a sort of circular path that connects all the rooms of the villa. A large French door gives breath and brightness to the room and opens the view to the ancient wash house. Continuing along the hall, an elegant black slate staircase allows access to the first floor, in the second sleeping area, where two large bedrooms and a beautiful bathroom finished with pink ceramic will guarantee comfort and relaxation for your vacation. The first room you encounter going up the stairs is the master bedroom, a double bedroom furnished in a classic and elegant way. The second room has two single beds, modern furnishings and brightly colored paintings give it a fresh and youthful atmosphere.
