Open concept home with vaulted Kitchen & Great Room with lots of windows allowing the outside views to be part of indoor beauty. Fantastic kitchen with new top end appliances, eating space for 8 at dining room table and 5 more at the island bar, all with padded seats. All four bedrooms are a good size and very comfortable. All have comfy beds, soft linens, large windows with lovely views and quiet ceiling fans. Large covered deck wraps around to the open deck on the water side, plus private deck off the master bedroom and a small cozy front deck to sit on in the late day sun. Outdoor dining with seating for 6 at table and a wooden picnic table for 6 more, Weber BBQ, propane lobster pot and a propane fire-pit are provided. House is one level and wheel chair accessible. A small entrance ramp can be provided by request. Property has Wi-Fi plus Ethernet ports in all bedrooms and is climate controlled with Daikin heat pump. Great room is vaulted and has a large TV over the propane fireplace. LG sound bar/bass bin (blue tooth enabled) will fill the room with sound! New comfortable furniture over looking the harbour and mountains. Shed has a drying rack for golf clubs, out door games, beach chairs, propane lobster cooker/pot and more. Swimming in the salt water and hunting for sea glass at Margaree Harbour beach is fantastic. The Cabot Trail is directly across the harbour and offers some of the most scenic driving anywhere on the planet. Hiking in the Cape Breton Highlands and the Highlands of Mabou is considered world class! Cycling the Cabot Trail is a bucket list item for many enthusiasts. Other cyclists enjoy one of the many quiet roads or coastal trails in Cape Breton because of the vistas, serenity and beauty. Heading out on the ocean for whale watching or deep sea fishing is available close by. Kayaks, stand up paddle board rentals and river tubing rentals are all available close by.
