Luxury Guest Suite in our Blue Mountains home

Self contained guest suite with separate entrance located in the front of our family home. Dedicated parking spot in our driveway (monitored by a security camera). Room features a soft queen bed with luxury linen, ensuite bathroom with rain shower, massage chair, and private patio with outdoor bath. Pets allowed by agreement. See policy. Baby items available by request. Soundproofing: Accommodation is attached to our family home. Please be respectful of loud noise (as we will be). Accommodation is located at the front of an Aussie family household with two well-behaved school kids. We always try to limit noise, but cannot guarantee that the house will be quiet during the day. 2. The guest suite does not have cooking facilities. For safety reasons, guests are not permitted to use cooking equipment eg. air fryers in the guest suite. Instead, try the amazing restaurants in the area, or heat pre-packaged meals in the microwave. 3. Soundproofing: Gentle reminder about soundproofing.. although the accommodation is self-contained and completely private, it is attached to our family home. Please be respectful of loud noise (as we will be). RULES FOR BRINGING PETS: - Please contact host to get approval. . - Pets must be clean and house trained. - Guest pets can use the (unfenced) front garden for wees and poos. - Pets must be supervised at all times. This includes, not leaving pets alone in the guest suite while going out for any length of time. - Guest pets will not share any spaces with our family dogs, so no need to worry. - Standard cleaning surcharge of $25 per booking. We don't charge per night. - Guests may incur additional fees if a professional cleaning process is required to sterilise the guest suite for excessive mess. - Owners are responsible for costs incurred to repair property damage caused by dogs.
