Our space is a beautiful wooden house in a huge park above the river (Arias canal) sleeps 4 people As a promotion we are offering transportation on our boat, if it rains the arrival and departure it is done by taxi or collective boat assuming the cost of the passenger. It has its own private dock, beach and forest. It is 5000 square meters to enjoy nature with friends in peace and harmony. DO NOT RENT FOR GATHERINGS. The space The house has two rooms. One with a double bed, one with two simple beds. Full bathroom with shower box, kitchen equipped with electric oven, two gas ovens, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, dispensing hot and cold water, electric turve. Spacious living room with deck view and spacious park. The heating of the house is by electric stoves and also features a wood-burning salamander. For hot days, the house has AC. For your barbecues, the house has a fire pit. Guest access The land is just for guests. It has a private dock for exclusive use of the occupants of the house. Other things to note Getting to the house is very easy, you get to our nursery by car, free parking and night security, from there as a promotion we take you on our driveway straight to the house. Total boat trip: 15 minutes!If it rains on arrival or when leaving the place it is done by taxi or collective boat (fixed times), but it is the cost of the passenger.
