The primary bedroom features a comfortable queen bed, a 55-inch TV, and room-darkening shades for a restful night's sleep. A second versatile room serves as a cozy living area with a sofa and a dedicated desk, or it can easily transform into a second bedroom with a comfortable queen Murphy bed. Step outside to your furnished patio, perfect for enjoying morning coffee from spring through fall. You'll also have access to the expansive, fully fenced yard with lush grass and large, mature trees. Your stay includes convenient keyless self-check-in using a keypad. You will have two designated covered parking spaces and access to the furnished patio area and shared, fully fenced yard. Other things to note * Parking: The covered carport has a clearance of 6'11" at the edges and 8' at its highest point. Please be mindful of your vehicle's height. This space will accommodate 2 vehicles depending on size. Do not park in front of the roll-up garage doors except for brief loading and unloading. * Security Cameras: For your security, there is a Ring doorbell camera (with audio) at the front door and a Ring camera (with audio) on the carport. Both cameras will be recording during your stay. Please note there are old, non-operable cameras on the main house. * No parties or events * No smoking/vaping in/on the property. If you are a smoker, please go off property, beyond the gate. There is a sand filled receptacle for your use. * For fire safety, please do not light candles * No pets * No unregistered guests overnight * Neighborhood Sounds: You may hear the beautiful call of our neighborhood peacock at dusk or the occasional barking dog. * Liability: The residence is privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illness that occurs while on the premises. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the property. * Checkout: Upon checking out, please leave the bedding on the beds. We just ask that you load the dishwasher and tidy the kitchen.
