The apartment allows you to stay comfortably with 4 people and also offers a large balcony for your outdoor meals. Being located in the center, you can walk to bars, restaurants, shops, etc. and you can experience the evening entertainment firsthand. The space Monia's house is the perfect accommodation for those who want to visit the beaches, but do not want to give up the comforts and services within walking distance of the house. From 50 to 250 meters you will find any activity: clothing, crafts, bars, restaurants, markets, museums, banks, ice cream parlors, tobacconists, pharmacies and much more. In addition, in the evening you can relax by walking on the main street, which from 9:00 p.m. will become a lively pedestrian area. Guest access Monia's house is fully at the guests' disposal. Access will be from Via Deledda, a side street of the main Via Roma. The apartment, located on the 2nd floor, can be accessed by stairs or elevator. Once you enter the house you will find a cozy room with a kitchenette complete with stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer. In the living area you will also find a comfortable sofa, which can be converted into a double bed. You can also take advantage of the outdoor balcony for your outdoor dinners. The apartment is completed by a spacious double bedroom and a large bathroom with shower, equipped with an anteroom and laundry area. Other things to note Municipal taxes: The municipality of Muravera charges a tourist tax for each guest, not included in the Airbnb price, to be paid upon arrival at Monia's house, in cash in € euros (no other currencies, cards, debit cards, and electronic payments or any other type of payment are accepted). A regular receipt will be issued immediately for the payment of the accommodation tax and the same will be paid to the municipality. The tourist tax is as follows: - From January 1 to May 31 and from October 1 to December 31 50 cents per person per night - From June 1st to September 30th €1 per person per night There are exemptions from the tourist tax: - Children up to 10 years old. - Disabled people with certifications. - Patients being treated at hospitals in the area and their assistants, if any. - Workers serving in local companies. - Members of the armed forces carrying out security and public order activities. Mandatory registrations and documents: Upon arrival, you will need to provide an ID (ID card or passport) for each guest, adult or child. As per Italian security regulations, the documents provided will be registered with the State Police portal, in full respecting the guest, just as is the case in a common hotel or other accommodation facility. Since this is the practice provided for by Italian law, the non-display of the documents will make it impossible to stay at Monia's house and will be treated as an actual "no show" with consequent charge of the stay according to the moderate cancellation settings of Airbnb.
