Such a wonderful relaxing place to come to or stay for weeks. Inviting and charming as soon as you walk thru the front door. 2 bedrooms and bathroom with tub in between bedrooms. Close to everything in town. Nice neighborhood setting. The space Large yard. Plenty of room for your boat or trailer. Easy access to downtown marina. Guest access Front yard, entire home, and backyard. Other things to note To use the shower you need to pull down on the tub spout underneath part and it will come on.
