Just Bee

Just Bee is a purpose built one bedroom apartment located in beautiful Wanaka. This brand new stylish and spacious fully equipped unit is a short 5 minute drive to Wanaka Township. Located at the base of Mt Iron (perfect for a short hike to some of the best views you'll find). Beautiful one bedroom, with full kitchen, living room and separate bathroom. Your own deck is the perfect spot to enjoy a glass of wine or cold beer after a busy day exploring, watching the sunset over Mt Roy. The space Cosy fully furnished one bedroom unit with full kitchen including dishwasher, oven, gas cooktop, microwave, pots, pans, mixing bowls, storage containers, serving dishes everything you need for preparing meals is available. Spices and condiments are available to be used. NOTE: No strong smelling foods are to be cooked in the unit please. eg strong curries. Tea, plunger coffee and instant coffee are provided as well as a help your self continental breakfast of bread, cereals, home grown honey, and home made jams as well as eggs. Netflix and Airplay are available as well as wifi connection. Guest access The unit is yours to enjoy. Parking is available directly to the left of the unit. When you pull up, stay left and there is a parking bay beside the private deck. Lockbox is beside the sliding doors at the un-opened end with a key for the lock. Other things to note The unit is attached via a locked door on my own home. Please note that I am away from the end of March 2025 through to middle of September 2025, however Alexa and Matt are on site. If you have any concerns or worry's during that time please refer to your folder in the unit for Alex's contact details or message via the Airbnb site. Alexa will pick these up in the evenings (NZ time). Alexa and Matt can assist you if you need anything. However, the unit is completely private and you have your own separate entrance and deck area solely for your own use. I want to ensure that your stay is comfortable and safe. I guarantee cleaning procedures mean that the space is disinfected and sterilised. Soap is provided. All linen is removed and sanitised after every stay. Your safety is my priority. NOTE: The Just Bee Unit is on a busy road so at certain times during the day, there is traffic noise. However minimal with doors and windows shut.
