BONUS- If checking out on Sunday- Checkout will be at 2:00 P.M. so you can enjoy more of the stay. Guest access The pond, yard, and pavilion are privately owned by the owner of the cabin. You will have access to the yard and pond and front yard, but not the pavilion down the driveway. Occasionally young kids from the neighborhood will show up to fish. It's a very family oriented neighborhood so we like to allow them to do so. They are instructed not to show up if anyone is using the pond. If they are fishing and you would like to use the pond you can let them know you're renting the cabin and would like to use the pond. Other things to note If checking out on Sunday we offer our guests a 2:00 pm check out! The pond is private, but is occasionally used by local family to fish. They are instructed not to use the pond if guests are outside or at the pond. Charcoal is not provided for the grill We have one AC unit in the upstairs for the whole cabin. We have never had complaints about it getting too warm, but want to disclose what the source of AC is. The area is on a quiet, family owned hillside. You will have plenty of privacy and no homes are very close together, but our cabin is not meant for parties and lots of noise. We ask that you be respectful of all neighbors and noise levels if you plan to be out at the fire pit or hot tub, especially in the evening.
