Forget your worries and enjoy your stay in this beautifully located, spacious and pleasantly quiet accommodation. We, two brothers, Wolfgang & Gernot, are the hosts and warmly welcome you! The space Located in the middle of a large garden, overlooking the most striking mountain of the Karavanke, the "Mittagskogel", the wooded "vineyard" in the back and the Faaker See within a 10-minute walk, the spacious house (about 180 m2) invites you to relax and linger. 3 double rooms and 1 room with a sofa bed can accommodate a maximum of 8 people. A fully equipped kitchen, a large dining room, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets and a private living/TV room complete the offer. On the south side of the house there is a terrace with a large table and seating furniture, a small garden house for the evening hours or in not so nice weather. There are also different sized grills and a fire bowl. Play equipment and a ping pong table provide entertainment. No offer for toddlers! Guest access Apart from the basement and a room on the ground floor, all rooms are accessible. Other things to note There is no special offer for toddlers!
