Guest access The entire home is yours to enjoy. Other things to note * Quiet time is 10 pm to 10 am. Please be respectful of our neighbors and keep the outside noise down to a whisper after 10 pm. * Absolutely no parties or events. This home comfortably sleeps 6 people. Additional guests are not allowed without prior approval & additional fees. * Kids under the age of 18 must be supervised by an adult at all times. * A simple 4 digit code is provided to make check-in and check-out easy. * Only 2 cars are allowed at the property, do not park in front of any of the neighbor's homes & do not block driveways. Recreational vehicles, RV’s & boats, are not allowed and may be at risk of being towed. * If the police is called due to a noise complaint there is a $300 fee per occurrence and immediate cancellation of reservation without refund of security deposit. * Please no smoking in the house. Signs of smoking in the house may result in an additional $300 cleaning fee. * When you check-out please take your trash to the trash bin located in the garage, bagged and tied properly. * Certain breeds of dogs may be considered with $300 pet deposit (20 lbs. and under and a $15 daily fee per pet.
