The space This unit faces Mill Cove which is a tidal part of the New Meadows which is salt water. The apartment is spacious, and is on a property with over 500 feet of water frontage. Very private, comfortable, with a great kitchen with a new dishwasher, and a full generator if there should be a power outage. Plenty of work space; pits own entrance and comfortable king bed. Close to Bath, Rte One, restaurants, and shopping yet feels like you are in a remote area with wildlife galore. the New Meadows River leads to the ocean. we are on tidal so as long is the tide is up you can boat, kayak or swim. Guest access Guests have a separate entrance, a fully furnished apartment and access to the water side yard, and dock on the cove. bring your kayaks. We recently added an outdoor grill and a water filtration system for drinking water. The floating dock (new) is a wonderful place to relax when the tide is high or low. Nature and wildlife are abundant. Other things to note Recently installed dish washer and reverse osmosis water system that provides excellent water for drinking or beverage making. The new propane grill provides a great way to cook outdoors. No pets, children, smoking or vaping of any kind allowed. Otherwise enjoy!
