Rooms for rent in a local's home

Stay in a high-end place. Mondoubleau, a small city of character south of the Perche, welcomes you: 4 bedrooms are for rent in full. The top floor of the house is dedicated to you. You have access to 2 bathrooms, one with toilet, and a central living area (sofa + computer corner). Breakfast is offered and taken in the dining room of the house. No cooking possible. The space The bedrooms have a double bed. I can provide you with a baby bed and a bed for a child from 18 months to 3-4 years old. Linens are included in the price (towels and sheets) Guest access You will have access to a central living area located between the bedrooms, the dining room for breakfast and the swimming pool on request and in the presence of the owners (the garden is enclosed but no child safety, swimming is your responsibility) During your stay I will be present in the accommodation during your entire stay. Other things to note Access to the swimming pool is possible (May to September) on request and in the presence of the owners. Swimming is at your own risk.
