This is a two bedroom waterfront cottage on Cocagne Bay. The cottage is on the same property as the owner’s home who live there year round. The homes are seperated by a driveway. Take full advantage of oceanfront living with this cottage that is only minutes from Shediac, Cocagne and Cassie-Cape, where fresh seafood and world class beaches are at your fingertips. Prepare your meals indoors, in the spacious fully equipped kitchen, or cook and dine outside on the private deck with BBQ. The space The Cottage is rented for week-long bookings. It is on the same plot of land as the owners home. The two homes are separated by a parking lot. Guest access Two bedroom unit with attached patio. Side yard next to unit with fire pit. Access across lawn to Cocagne Bay oceanfront with bench at shore to enjoy spectacular sunsets and stairs to access water. Other things to note We have a small dog that typically roams the property. She barks, but is quite friendly and not dangerous. Please let us know if you prefer we keep her leashed during your stay. EV charging is available on site for an additional fee.
