Easy Breezy Abode ~ Beachside!

A rare beachfront offering ~ my home to be yours for XMAS 2025. Located right on beachside, from front door a 50 second walk (yes I timed it;) or 65 steps (yes I stepped it out;):) to the ocean. The space itself is draped in palm leaves & cabin style. Very comfy & fully self contained ~ a permanently fixed, converted caravan with extended lounge room, bathroom with shower & toilet, and a deck & benchtop with BBQ out front. ★ “Everything you need can be found in this charming abode!” The space I’ll be away with family ~ and I’d love for someone else to be able to enjoy this space 🌴 PLEASE NOTE: You’ll notice on this listing only a small amount of reviews so far. This is because there’s only been five stays ~ as this is my home, I rarely offer it. So this home to be yours, comfortable yet humble, with a location that sets it worlds apart from others. An absolute natural beachfront setting ~ direct beach access with no roads to cross. That backs onto lush tropical hinterland. Wildlife is plentiful, all the birds and water dragons live here too:) From the beach you have views to Byron Bay lighthouse on your left, and Broken Head Nature Reserve to the right (stunning and wonderful walks). ★ “Jason’s place was close to all the destinations of Byron but away from the busy bustle of the town” Everything you need here to relax and enjoy your time. Comfy double bed and sofa, sink into either, and rest up after soaking in some vitamin sea 🌊 Fully equipped kitchen. - Stovetop & oven. - Microwave. - Sink & dish rack. - All your pots, pans, plates, cups etc and utensils. - Kettle & Toaster, and of course a (Weber) BBQ. - Also a regular full size fridge. Your own private parking space on site. Air conditioning to help you cool off, if you haven’t already done so in the ocean. Steamy hot water for your inside showers. Personal, easy to use washing machine as well. All linen, luxurious high quality, bamboo/cotton sheets, and nice fluffy towels provided. As is smart TV. Also provided is a desk work space (hopefully you’ll not need it;) A smaller space but quite spacious for what it is, and very comfortable from couches to bedding. Perfect size for a couple, two people maximum for this accommodation. This is my home. I just ask that you be respectful of this ~ it is otherwise yours:) The space itself set amongst natural bushland and located within one of the most peaceful and chilled holiday parks of the entire shire. A holiday park the locals recommended (site details can be revealed after reservation). The site itself a true gem. As far as peaceful goes, the nights here are quiet, there are no cars or roads to hear, only the beach, and in the mornings only birds. You will be in an amazing and magic space. Surf, swim, jog, ride, walk, sunbathe, play. It’s your time to enjoy.
