No shared space. The area where the main residence is located is private, for the use of host. Other things to note Entrance to the studio is via the EAST GATE. This property is gated and you must access with a code. There is an (easy to navigate )set of stairs to the East gate from the street. As depicted by the pictures, the guesthouse is located on the next upslope from the main house. Parking is readily available on the street,(North side only) You can park on the South side of the street ONLY on street cleaning Mondays.
