Guests love our conveniently located home between the Foothills/Flatirons of Boulder, CO & the excitement of Downtown Denver. Our home is newly renovated. It features amenities that surpass many hotels! Enjoy a private hot tub that is large enough for six adults, a brand new steam shower, an ample heated gym and front & backyard seating! This is a family home owned by musicians, dancers and artists. The space This is our newly renovated, family home! It will definitely provide a comfortable and luxurious stay. Our home offers many amenities that surpass many local top tier hotels. With an open floor plan guests can easily connect and be together. Updated and remodeled open kitchen provides easy comfort and use. Updated and remodeled bathrooms provides both luxurious showering experience as well as a steam shower option in the second bathroom. Our favorite areas are the open kitchen and dining room. We have brand new dining room chairs and a beautiful dining room table, plus stools for our island seating. The island provides ample space for cooking and entertaining. Our kitchen is stocked with new dishes and cookware and equipped with all new appliances. We also have an air fryer, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, and a griddle available. We just added a microwave for our guests who wish to use one! We love our newly renovated bathrooms! Our steam shower is up and running (finally) and our upstairs shower doors have finally been installed too! The hot tub has become a nightly family ritual and is only enhanced by the beautiful lighting we have installed outside of our home and along our deck to light your way down to the hot tub. On warmer days we love to sit on our back patios. We have two in our backyard! One right off the kitchen and the other underneath the deck which is perfect for meals outside with the kids while they enjoy the large playground and climbing dome! Plenty of room to eat, lounge, and play! Our front porch also has a table and chairs to enjoy watching the sunset with a cup of tea or apple cider! Our heated garage houses a wonderful exercise gym for guests who are wanting to keep up an exercise routine. It is spacious and has room for yoga, aerobics, weight lifting, dancing and anything else you may need it to keep you engaged with your fitness. Waneka Lake is about a 10 minute walk away and features a 2 mile walk around the lake itself as well as a huge wonderful playground for families. There are play structures, open grass for football, frisbee, etc and a little forest for exploring and spying on birds, frogs and the occasional turtle! We are close to the library, WOW Children's Museum, Louisville Farmers Market, hiking trails, restaurants, cafes and breweries. We run our small family business from top to bottom and we are intending to attract guests whom will appreciate our special and unique touches. Our home is best suited for families, traveling professionals, friends gathering for holiday or special celebrations, and we expect our guests to respect our home as though it is their own. Guest access The entire home will be accessible. Other things to note Our Airbnb is family owned and operated from top to bottom. We are your hosts, your cleaners, your cookie makers, and your concierges! Because of this, we are able to pay attention to the finest details that help provide guests with an excellent stay. This is our family home. We invite guests to stay in our home while we are away traveling for business or education. We were inspired to do this because of how much we love our home. Personal belongings are removed and you will have closets in the bedrooms and drawers in the bathrooms for you to store your belongings for an at home feel. There will be some toys and books that are kept in drawers in shared spaces, and you are invited to use these things, keeping in mind that we are sharing them with you as our guests. We love to add special seasonal touches to our home. We encourage a positive family friendly environment and strive to take care of our guests needs. We have great neighbors and the neighborhood is extremely safe and friendly. We are certain that you will find many things you enjoy about your stay here in our home.
