Quiet house

Come and relax in this stone family house in a peaceful corner of Brittany. Enjoy a large shaded garden and a spacious interior with a living room dominated by its fireplace. The space Large house with on the ground floor: a large living room, a fitted kitchen, bathroom and toilet. The bedrooms are upstairs: 3 bedrooms each with a double bed 140 x 190 as well as an extra bedroom where 2 single beds with mattresses are available that will be particularly suitable for children or as an extra bed. Note that the extra room is on the way to one of the main rooms (see photo). There are no toilets upstairs. You can enjoy the garden and its furniture (table and chairs) as well as a charcoal barbecue that will be left at your disposal. The house is both in a quiet countryside area but also close to the sea and amenities: - Porz Teg (portec) a small cove 10 min walk from the house where you can enjoy its small beach or join the coastal path (GR34) - Shops in Moëlan sur Mer (Intermarché open on Sunday morning, bakeries, tobacco shop...): 4 km or 7 min by car. - The port of Doëlan is 5 minutes by car (25-30 minutes on foot) where you can enjoy drinks and restaurants on the terrace. - Pouldu beach 14 min drive. - Quimperlé: 20 min by car. For the tranquility of all and respect for the house, parties are not allowed. Guest access I will be present at check-in and check-out. Other things to note Partial fence of the garden, no gate.
