The Guesthouse in Stevens Mills

Our apt house is located just 2 miles from the Canadian Border, only 17 miles to Jay Peak Ski resort and just a 5 minute drive into town. The experiences, views and amenities around are endless! You can explore Hiking trails, Kayak, Canoe or Fish right in the back yard as we are apart of the Northern Forest Canoe Trail! You can take a drive down scenic back roads, peddle down local bike paths, visit the many beautiful lakes, family farms, local pubs and restaurants and enjoy our peak seasons! The space Our apartment house has been in our family going on three generations! This historic piece of property has so much potential and we have decided to turn the bottom of the house into short term rentals / Air bnb listings! We have chosen a Welcoming lodge theme with the location being right on the Missisquoi River and being so close to Jay peak! When entering the home you have a full kitchen and dining area! Next you will have the living room where there is a beautiful fireplace, cozy couch, extra blankets, a 50 inch tv, rocking chair and we created a little reading nook! Off the living room you have a step up into the bathroom! Around the corner you will see our brand new bunk bed nook! We do have outlets and lighting in that area! Lastly the main bedroom is two steps up with a sliding barn door! All newly renovated boho themed space with a full size bed, dresser and electric fireplace! What we love the most about our newly renovated space is how it makes you feel right at home! We have kept it simple, clean and rustic! We can’t wait for guests to enjoy this space as much as we do! Guest access During your stay we ask that you only access the air bnb keyless entry space you have rented and the backyard!
