This brand new cozy bottom unit is located 6 miles from Downtown Woodstock, & close to Gold’s Gym, Life Time, Target, Trickum Shoppes, Zaxbys, Exit 7 Hwy 575, The Outlet Shops of Atlanta, Movie Tavern and many more places (please see map picture). This is the perfect place for someone who prefers a relaxed, but being able to feel at home place. The space The unit (C) is located on the bottom floor of this unique and charming 1980's era home. Newly built with new appliances, furnishings, and furniture. The unit unfortunately is not pet friendly as part of the crew that manages this unit has allergies. The unit is used exclusively for short term / Airbnb rentals, assuring our guests a clean and comfortable stay each time. The unit’s entrance is accessed by a walkway that will take you to your personal front porch which is lit up by several lights if coming and going while dark outside. The guest bedroom provides a queen size bed with soft bamboo covers to provide the best comfort, suitable for 2 people. It also counts with USB outlets, and regular ones. This unit has high ceilings and the large windows allow plenty of indirect sunlight, so the place doesn't' get too hot. There is an efficient A/C unit in the main bedroom to keep the unit cool or warm. It is controlled with a remote and there are NO restrictions. ** PLEASE NOTE: Access to the bath space requires passing through the main bedroom! The bathroom is a full bath with a vanity, toilet, and private shower. The shower offers a relaxing rainfall shower head. The kitchen has been completely newly built and offers the following features: -Mini Fridge -Electric 4 burner stove/oven -Microwave -Coffee Maker -Electric Kettle -Blender, toaster -Utensils (cooking and eating) -Basic cooking ingredients (Seasonings, oils, sugar, coffee, etc.) -Cookware (pots, pans, trays, colanders, etc.,) Additional amenities offered: -High-speed WIFI -Fresh linens, towels and pillows -Fresh Bath/ Relaxing Robes -New Inside slippers you can take with you when your stay is over -PLEASE DO NOT TAKE OUR TOWELS OR ROBES! FUTURE GUESTS EXPECT TO ENJOY THEM AS MUCH AS YOU DO :) PLEASE NOTE that for longer stays over 2 weeks, only starter packs of items are provided. Parking: You can park on the left side of the driveway. Guest access Once you arrive at the house, driveway parking is available for free 24/7 on the left side only. No time limits/fees for any parking. The unit C is located at the ground level, front of the house access. Other things to note Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, additional disinfecting and sanitary measures are performed after every guest's stay. Surfaces and fixtures will be sterilized in accordance with all CDC guidelines. Cleaning before check-out can be provided if requested by the guest for stays lasting 7 days or longer for an additional fee. We encourage our guests to purchase travel insurance as we have a firm policy and cannot refund. Should any issues arise during your stay please contact us to remediate it immediately.
