It's the perfect spot to relax under the stars, letting all your worries melt away. Guest access You will have access to the entire duplex and backyard. Other things to note • Max Occupancy: 12 guests • Parking: 4 spots Upon booking confirmation, guests will receive a city-required Good Neighbor Form for electronic signature. Access instructions and the door code will not be provided until the completed form has been returned. Winter Parking & Snow Removal Information: • We ensure the driveway is plowed before your check-in for easy access. However, if it snows during your stay, guests are responsible for clearing their vehicles using the provided snow shovel. • If you prefer to have the driveway plowed again during your stay, we may be able to arrange it for an additional fee, subject to availability.
