The space Your home away from home is set in a quiet village with an excellent shop and two pubs within easy walking distance. A 24-hour service station just outside the village offers snacks, hot drinks and everyday essentials. You’ll enjoy spacious living and dining areas, while the sun-filled conservatory and enclosed rear garden provide ideal spaces for relaxing, enjoying a BBQ or watching the children play with the garden games provided. The study is a versatile room with a desk for home working, a TV for downtime, and a comfortable daybed sofa. It makes a peaceful workspace, a cosy chill-out spot for teenagers, or an extra sleeping area for one guest. The family bathroom features a P-shaped bath with shower overhead—perfect for bathing little ones. A baby bath is also supplied for your convenience. The master bedroom offers a super comfy king-size bed and an en-suite with a power shower. Blackout curtains, portable fans and a hairdryer are provided, and you’ll enjoy lovely views over the rear garden. Bedside lamps and accessible power sockets make space for your morning cuppa and phone charging, and there is generous drawer and wardrobe storage with plenty of hangers. There are two further stylish bedrooms—one with a king-size bed and one with twin beds. Each is equipped with a vanity mirror with storage, hairdryer, full-length mirror, ottoman seating, bedside tables and full wardrobe storage. Portable fans and towel rails are provided, and blackout curtains help ensure a great night’s sleep. The fourth bedroom includes a single bed with pull-out trundle—ideal for siblings sharing—or there is plenty of space for the travel cot provided. It also features a full-length mirror, blackout curtains, clothes hanging rack and a bedside table with drawer storage, making it comfortable for adults or children. For those who love to cook, the kitchen is a real highlight. It includes a range cooker with gas five-ring hob, two electric ovens and a grill, along with a well-chosen selection of cookware including chef’s knives, a wok and a pizza stone. Three full sets of crockery and cutlery make it easy to run the dishwasher efficiently. The full-height fridge freezer offers enough space for a week’s shop, and the washing machine is perfect for beach towels and children’s clothes. A Tassimo coffee machine, four-slice toaster, smoothie blender and microwave are also provided. After days out, relax in the welcoming living room with seating for eight. Enjoy a 55" smart TV with satellite box, a DVD player with an extensive film collection, a well-stocked bookcase and family games for evenings in. The large sofa can be converted into a full-size sofa bed if needed (please note this reduces available floor space). The separate dining room seats eight comfortably and includes a toddler chair for younger guests. Soft, ambient lighting makes it a lovely space for shared meals, and the cabinet holds elegant glassware and serving dishes for special occasions. Original artwork by your host adds a personal finishing touch. Wi-Fi with boosters provides coverage throughout the house, conservatory and garden.
