Newly built holiday home with lake plot, sauna & western location

Relax in this unique and tranquil accommodation with its own sauna, jetty, long shoreline with sandy beach and the best western location. The large house was built in 2021/2022 and the guest house was built in 2020/2021 and both houses are built entirely of wood with the best material choices. The house is located on Torö, known for its beautiful nature and fantastic rocky beach, which is Sweden's best place for wave surfing. It takes 45 minutes from Stockholm by car. The space The houses are newly built and are built of sustainable materials. The houses are heated by air heat pumps and have AC if needed. There is also a wood stove to light if it is winter. The sauna is wood-fired and there is wood to take off on the plot. Guest access All houses are at your disposal except the basement in the big house where we have our private belongings. Other things to note The house is reached by a bridge from the parking lot. It is about 200 meters from the bridge to the house and if you have a lot to carry, a cart is available.
