(exceptions during specific periods) - Paid indoor parking is offered within the building. ($23 CAD per day) - Please request a reservation if needed. Transportation - A 90 Bus stop conveniently located in front of our building. - The Vendome station is a 15-minute walk away. - 12-15 minutes' drive to Downtown Montreal or the airport. Early check-in or late check-out - Our standard check-in time is 4 pm, and check-out time is 11 am. - If you require an early check-in or late check-out, please inquire about availability. - An additional fee of 10 Canadian dollars per hour if applicable. Cleaning - Please note that this is an apartment, not a hotel. We do not provide cleaning services during your stay unless you pay an extra cleaning fee. Smoking Policy - This is a non-smoking, no-party property. Please do not smoke anywhere inside the building, nor the rooftop terrace, smoking in the unit will cause the smoke detector to go into alarm. - If you need to smoke, please do so outside of the building. - Kindly note a fine of $300 will be charged if the cleaning lady reports smoke smells in the unit. Extra Bed - Please let us know in advance if you require an extra bed to be set up. 📌 If you’d like to extend your stay, please let us know at least 24 hours before your scheduled check-out. This allows us to adjust our schedule accordingly and avoid additional fees for rescheduling our cleaning team.
