This 60 m² Creole style cottage set in over 1,200 m² of grounds with terrace, garden and swimming pool offers undisturbed calm in a verdant setting, making it a haven of peace and serenity. Conveniently located, you'll be close to shops, beaches and the pier. Come and recharge your batteries in this tranquil, atypical home with Creole charm! The space The name "Ti Calebasse" comes from the Calebassier, an exotic tree planted right in front of the maisonnette, a reflection of Creole and Guadeloupean charm. This typical 60 m² cottage, built on 2 levels, comprises a living room with a small 1-seater sofa bed. The separate, fully-equipped kitchen opens onto the garden, allowing you to cook delicious meals on the terrace. The 2 bedrooms feature a double bed or two single beds, one with a view of La Soufrière and the other with a view of the village and mountains. The bathroom has a walk-in shower. You can enjoy the outside of the maisonette, with its wooded grounds and large fruit garden of over 1,200 m², including a terrace with garden furniture and sun loungers, as well as a 1.20 m-deep swimming pool. The outdoor table can be moved indoors in case of bad weather. There's also a charcoal barbecue for grilling under the Guadeloupean sun! Guest access You will have full access to the typical cottage and its grounds from 3pm on the day of your arrival. Other things to note A free parking space is available outside the property. We can also prepare breakfasts and dinners for you, subject to availability. Please note: Arrivals before 3pm are not possible. Please take this information into account if you are taking the morning boat at 9am. A deposit of €500 is required. This will be paid by bank transfer.
