Ski-in/out. The cabin borders directly on the hiking and alpine terrain eastwards behind the cabin. A great hiking terrain towards Silkedalen. Short distance to many fishing lakes and nice swimming areas. The area is known for its great skiing conditions throughout the winter with 150 km of groomed cross-country trails, 12 lifts and 26 slopes. Shared lift card and ski bus between the lifts. Long table with outdoor fireplace, deck chairs under the roof, space-built benches around the fireplace and barbecue house for gas grill. Woodshed with wood for the stove inside, as well as outdoor fireplace and fire pit. Waterborne heating in all floors on the ground floor. Oven in the living room. Heating cables in the bathroom upstairs, as well as a panel oven in the living room upstairs. Board games, books, lego, various toys for children, shuffleboard in wood. Guest access Access to the entire main cabin on two floors. The basement apartment is rented out separately. It is also on Airbnb. Other things to note The apartment is rented out separately so there may be someone downstairs. They have their own patio downstairs and park in the designated spaces.
