A blend of modern, historic, luxury, and quirky, this recently renovated walk-up apartment suite is located in the heart of historic downtown Frederick. It comes with access to a "clubhouse" floor with a coworking space (Cowork Frederick). Stay for a few days or a few months. The space This private guest suite (a studio apt) has a full kitchen, full bathroom, sleeping area, and enclosed porch. There's a super-comfy queen-size bed, dresser, two nightstands, and a flat-screen TV. The kitchen has a refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, dishwasher, and two-element induction cooktop. It's also stocked with dishes, flatware, drinkware, pots, and pans and has plenty of storage for longer stays. Have a snack and a glass of wine or cook a full meal. It's all good. Work or dine at the table on the enclosed porch. The bathroom has a tiled walk-in shower, sink, toilet, and plenty of storage for longer stays. Start your day under a hot "rain shower" and dry off with soft, absorbent towels. As if that wasn't enough, you can also hang out and meet others in the "clubhouse" or knock out some work in our coworking space (both common/shared). Guest access You'll have access to your private suite (of course) as well as to the clubhouse on the first floor with a living room, dining room, big kitchen, and library and to the coworking space in the daylight basement. For an additional fee, you can reserve a meeting room or a private office for day. Other things to note Staying here means being around others. While you can certainly stick to your private suite, there are three other suites on the upper floors and a community of freelancers and remote workers on the lower floors. You may see others as you come and go from your suite. And, while it's certainly not required, we hope you'll wander down to the shared spaces and say "Hi". We'd love to get to know you a little while you're here. While guests have sole access to their private guest suites, all other areas are shared and the guest suites are located near each other. We ask that all guests are considerate of others throughout the day and also observe quiet hours between 9 pm and 7 am.
