From the house and the roof terrace, you have a direct view of the beautiful hills and you can also leave within seconds for a lovely walk in the Savelsbos. But you can also cycle into the city center of Maastricht within 15 minutes and enjoy everything city life has to offer. Feel free to use our cargo bike. Public transportation is right outside the door. Be welcome! The space Our house consists of a living room with dining room and kitchen on the ground floor. The kitchen has all the comforts such as espresso machine, dishwasher and oven. Cooking and baking is no problem at all. From the kitchen and bathroom, there is a nice view of the hills and often there are horses grazing directly behind the house. The upper floor consists of three bedrooms. The master bedroom is adjacent to a wonderfully spacious roof terrace. There is also a spacious bathroom with shower, large bathtub and television. Finally, we have the attic, accessible by a fixed staircase, where there are two more spacious rooms (connected by an open door) and a work place. The whole house is very bright and equipped with shutters for the evening and night. There is also an alarm with cameras.
