We offer 6 perfect 1 bedroom cabins that are arranged along a crescent shaped path around the edge of an Alaskan forest. Cabins 1 through 4 each have a queen size bed in the bedroom and a queen size hide-a-bed in the living room. Cabins 5 and 6 have multiple beds in the bedroom. Each cabin contains a kitchen and living room. Each cabin has a covered porch and freezer for storing your fishing catch. Plenty of parking. Rent 1 or all 6. The space The 1 bedroom/1 bath cabins face an ultra-lush green lawn, plenty of outdoor cooking, outdoor dining tables, three (3) large, community gas grills and a huge fire pit with plenty of bench seating for the whole group. Rent just 1 cabin or all 6. We also have a 4 bedroom loft apartment and a 2 bedroom apartment with easy access to all the Kenai has to offer. In addition to being super close to the mouth of the Kasilof River, it is easy driving to everything on the Kenai (2 hours 25 minutes to Seward, 2 hours 20 minutes to Hope, 1 hour 20 minutes to Cooper Landing, 1 hour 20 minutes to Homer, 30 minutes to Soldotna, 35 to 40 minutes to Kenai) for all the river fishing, inlet fishing, wildlife viewing, hiking, river rafting, sightseeing, bird watching and clamming you can do. Guest access Renter must be 25 years of age, provide a copy of a valid government issued ID, give a credit card for a $500 security deposit HOLD only (not charged unless there is an issue), and will be required to sign a Rental Agreement. Due to the short and unique rental season in Alaska, before booking, please take note of the cancellation policy. These may vary from what you are accustomed to. It is the responsibility of the renter to clearly understand the cancellation terms.
