La Grange, cottage in the heart of the countryside (9/11 people)

Our old renovated barn is an atypical place, perfect for a quiet stay in the middle of nature. 15 minutes from Thiers and all amenities, the cottage offers an unobstructed view, ideal for a change of scenery with friends and family. The cottage will offer you a stay in the heart of nature, allowing you to discover a beautiful region with varied activities. Less than 20 minutes from local and family activities (lake in St Rémy, walks), the cottage is 40 minutes from Puy-de-Dôme, and 1 hour from Vulcania. The space We have been pleased to offer our cottage to guests for 3 years. La Grange is quietly located, without anyone opposite you, in the middle of the Livradois Forez Regional Nature Park. 9 beds in 3 bedrooms: - Bedroom 1: 1 double bed (sheet dimensions: 140 x 190), 1 bathroom, and 1 toilet - Bedroom 2: 1 double bed (sheet dimensions: 140 x 190 cm), and 1 single bed (sheet dimensions: 90 x 190 cm), 1 shower room, and 1 toilet - Bedroom 3: 2 sets of bunk beds (sheet dimensions: 90 x 200 cm), 1 sink, and 1 toilet - Mezzanine living room: 2 additional sleeping places via 1 sofa bed (sheet dimensions: 53 x 67 inches) La Grange is structured over 3 half-levels + an adjoining extension: - Lower half level: Bedroom 1 and its shower room. - Central half level: Dining room with wood-burning stove and access to the extension. - Upper half level: Mezzanine living room with access to the extension. The extension consists of: - Ground floor: Kitchen + Bedroom 3 and its water point. - Upstairs: Bedroom 2 and its shower room. Option to park 3 cars in front of La Grange. Other things to note Fitted sheets, pillowcases and duvet covers can be provided on request (charged €8 per bed with a maximum of €60). Towels, dishcloths, shower mats are not provided. The essentials to start your stay in peace will be provided: toilet paper, coffee filter, dishwasher tablets... We also have 2 raclette machines available. When you leave, please place the garbage in the containers located a little further down the road, and store clean dishes in the cupboards. Before you leave, please clean the used rooms of the cottage.
