The house is located in a condominium where there is a market, tobacco shop, and 2 restaurants. There are also 2 private pools, access to the private beach with lifeguard service, and umbrella and sun loungers for the family. (June-August period) The space The house is spread across two levels: on the ground floor, there is a kitchen with direct access to the covered veranda and where there is the second entrance to the house, where there is a covered parking space. Living area with fireplace, a comfortable storage room under the staircase and a bedroom with bunk bed and a recently renovated private bathroom. On the middle floor, there is a second bedroom with 2 single beds, and continuing up to the first floor, there is the master bedroom and a fourth bedroom with a queen-size bed. Both rooms have a covered terrace overlooking the bay of Capo Caccia, offering a breathtaking view. Also on this floor, we find a second bathroom with a large shower that has been recently renovated. Guest access In the village, there is an Olympic swimming pool and a swimming pool for the little ones that overlooks a beach for the exclusive use of the condominiums served by sun loungers and umbrellas for the family. Both are supervised by qualified lifeguards and hostesses. This service is active from June until the end of September. There is also a paddle tennis court, a tennis court and a basketball court that are managed by the consortium and must be booked for use. The house, being located within a private complex, offers several services that require the "Endas" membership at a cost of 5 euros per person; children under 14 years of age are exempt from it. Other things to note Inside the Pischina Salida village there is a Minimarket with tobacco, located at the entrance of the consortium. There are also two different restaurants/pizzerias, the first located at the entrance of the consortium, "lo zimino", the second restaurant located near the beach overlooking the Olympic pool, where they also serve delicious breakfasts overlooking the sea.
