The space A cozy, newly renovated bungalow with 9 ft ceilings will be a peaceful retreat during your time in Cincinnati. It's located in a quiet cul de sac just outside of the historic Wyoming neighborhood. There's only one step at the entrance and pets are welcome! The home features a comfortable living space with a 55-inch Roku Smart TV. There is a king-size bed and a workspace in a separate, private office. The fully stocked kitchen was recently updated and includes a coffee station. You also have easy access to an in-unit washer and dryer. Since this house is only 728 sq. ft, we designed a backyard space that would help extend the living space to the great outdoors! It features a floating deck with a four seasons gazebo, hanging lights and a chandelier, an AKORN charcoal grill, and a fire pit with Adirondack chairs. Our privacy fence was built to contain a dog so your pet can roam free! Regularly scheduled mosquito treatment will keep the backyard a pleasant hangout spot. We are committed to taking care of your lawn and landscaping needs while being mindful of your sleep and work schedule. To ensure minimal disruption, we will work with you to determine the most convenient day of the week and time to come by. You're just minutes away from local restaurants like The Arepa Place, Tela Bar + Kitchen, Wyoming Community Coffee, and local favorite Skyline Chili! Cincinnati is home to countless breweries and you're less than 15 minutes away from 5 of them. It's only 10 minutes from GE Aviation and 20-25 minutes from Cincinnati Children's Hospital, Good Samaritan Hospital, Christ Hospital, University of Cincinnati Medical Center, Bethesda North Hospital, and Mercy Health Fairfield.
