Sandhills Getaway!

This very comfortable home on a long cul-de-sac sits on a half-acre in a rural setting, surrounded by towering pines and fishing ponds. It's 15 minutes from the famous golf village of Pinehurst; 30 minutes from Fort Bragg, USA's largest military base; and 20 minutes from the Pottery Highway. It features new interior paint and landscaping as of 2023 (with a backyard firepit). It sleeps 10 (8 adults) comfortably. Smoking/vaping is prohibited except at the firepit; charge for smoking, $300 or more. The space The downstairs master suite has a king and the three upstairs rooms have queens. A great room has a sofa/sleeper (double) and a bean bag bed (best for kids). All of the bedding is high quality and comfortable, and all eight lamps on nightstands have USB ports. Guest access You'll have access to the entire home, excluding the garage and one owners' closet. If there is a need for garage access, please contact owner directly through AirBnB messaging. Other things to note Our home, and every home in Carthage, we're told, is on a septic system, so please make sure to keep the drains in the kitchen sinks clean at all times (and empty them into the trash) and don't flush anything in the toilets except bathroom tissue. And, sorry, but no pets. At check-out, please put all used bedding sheets, towels, washcloths and kitchen towels on the floor in the laundry room; and please load and start the dishes (dishwasher detergent under kitchen sink). Reservations of 30 days or more will be subject to a professional cleaning every 30 days ($175, to be paid by guests).
