15 minutes by car from Gourette: small house facing south, fully equipped, semi-detached with independent entrance and shared exterior. You will appreciate the magnificent view of the surrounding mountains. Equipped kitchen open to the living room, bathroom, separate toilet, bedroom upstairs. Many hikes and mountain activities nearby. Household linen and cleaning not included (linen rental possible on request: see internal regulations). The space The living room (living room, dining room, open kitchen) is on the ground floor as well as the separate WC and the bathroom with a shower cubicle, sink and washing machine. It is small but functional and has a dining table (4 chairs and a 2-seater bench) and a convertible sofa. A steep staircase (which can be steep for young children) leads to the first floor where there is a large bedroom under the roof with 3 skylights fitted with blinds, including a large one facing south with a view. The space between the bedroom upstairs and the living room is well separated but not completely closed (there is no door system or hatch closing access via the stairs: see the photos). The bedroom has a double bed, a single bed and a sofa bed convertible into a single bed. Guest access The whole accommodation is privatized but the parking area and the garden / terrace are shared either with us or with other tenants in the terraced house. Access to the accommodation next door is via the terrace. Other things to note Cleaning and linens not included. The dishes must be done, the floor cleaned and the trash cans emptied.
