Fully equipped stand alone cottage finished to a high standard. House is at the top of a hill with sweeping views of Harrington Sound and North Shore. Very quiet centrally located Smith's parish neighbourhood away from it all but with easy access to all the amenities throughout the island. Bermuda is only 22 square miles total. The cottage is suitable for those that like to get away from it all but still only be 10 minutes drive from down town shopping and restaurants. The space This is a stand alone cottage separate from the main house and comfortably sleeps two. There is a separate pull out queen size couch for additional sleeping arrangements. The cottage kitchen has a stove, oven, fridge, microwave, and dishwasher. It is fully equipped with dishes, pots & pans, toaster and utensils. There is a blender for the morning smoothie or the evening frozen beverage. The bathroom is a full bathroom with a stand up shower and includes towels and beach towels. The bedroom has a queen size bed with lovely crisp linens and a large closet for storage. The open living/dining area has a pull out queen size couch and a table that can fit up to four. Linens provided for the pull out couch. Smart tv in the living room, internet/wifi. There is a full laundry room within the cottage along with an iron, ironing board and drying rack. An awning is installed over the entry door that can be extended to enjoy sitting in the shade on the cottage deck. A gas BBQ is on the deck and ready for you to grill a lovely meal after a day of fun. Snorkel gear is provided along with robes to enjoy during your stay. Please leave them for the next guest to enjoy! There is a pool with killer views. The main house graciously shares the pool with guests and It is available to guests between the hours 9am to 6pm. There may be times when we are entertaining and wish to keep it for private use during these hours. This would typically be on a weekend. We would inform guest of any changes to hours of use on any given day. The pool is NOT heated. The hot tub heat and jets are NOT available to guests. Guest access Upon arrival at the cottage a key will be provided to access the cottage. Other things to note Not suitable or safe for children under 12. The house is at the very top of a high hill and the bus stop is at the very bottom. If you don't like to walk then you may find the walk back up a challenge as it will take about 5 minutes to walk up. The cottage is in a neighborhood centrally located in Smiths which means that you have to either drive or walk to amenities (other than our hotel quality pool which is on the property). The closest amenities (grocery, restaurants, beaches are 5 minutes drive away - the furthest are 40 minutes drive away which is Dockyard). The pool is not heated.
