Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you, on the commune of Barèges, this charming apartment with sight on village and mountain, of a surface of 32 m ² and being able to accomodate until 4 travellers. Located on the 2nd floor (with elevator), it consists of a nice living room of 16 m², open kitchen, a nice bedroom, a bathroom. Wifi (optical fiber) included, sheets and towels in supplement, we wait for you! The space The accommodation is composed as follows: - A living room of 16 m² with double sofa bed and TV - An open kitchen equipped with : electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, cooking plates... - A bathroom with shower - A separate toilet Night space: - Bedroom 1: a double bed (140×190) with cupboard and TV - Room 2: a bunk bed (two single beds) Exterior: - A balcony of 2m ² full south to enjoy the beautiful days The apartment is ideally located in Barèges, in a very pleasant and calm environment with departures of hikes in particular the plateau lumière and the plateau du Lienz. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential businesses but also stores, restaurants, bars, market, tourist office, ski rental, butcher's shop... Activities : You are in the heart of the Great Pyrenean Sites: The Pic du Midi de Bigorre, the Cirque de Gavarnie, the Néouvielle reserve and the Pont d'Espagne de Cauterêts. WINTER : downhill skiing, snowshoeing, dog sledding, snowmobiling... At 2,6 kms from the ski slopes of the vast Domaine du Grand Tourmalet, accessible by car or by free shuttles. Close to the thermal baths, the thermo-ludic center and the ski-bus shuttles (300 m). SUMMER : Hiking to the lakes, mountain biking on the slopes, paragliding... Events : - The town hall of Barèges has an animation service. There is an animation program for every day of the year. - Passage of the Tour de France. Transportation : If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly on the private parking lot of the apartment with numbered place. As for other means of transportation, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Free shuttle to go to the ski resort Barèges / La Mongie. - Nearest train station: Lourdes train station located about 45 minutes away by car. - Nearest airport: Lourdes airport located at about 1 hour by car. Other remarks : - Free wifi available. - Animals are not allowed in the accommodation. - Bed linen and towels are provided on request, in supplement (renting and payment to be made with our partner on the spot). Sheets + pillowcase : 35 € for the first bed and 25 € for the following ones. 1 large towel + 1 small towel and 1 tea towel : 8 € per person. - The cleaning at the end of your stay is to be done by you (or in supplement with our provider on the spot).
