Casa Light Bay is a cozy semi-detached house with a unique view in northeastern Sardinia. The property is reached by passing the industrial area of ​​Olbia and is located in an isthmus of land between the wild green shrubs of the Mediterranean and the beautiful beaches of the hamlet of Pittulongu. The house is located in a very large area, and the absence of obstacles gives the view clear horizons on which the typical mountains of Gallura are timidly outlined. The space This oasis of privacy and tranquility is surrounded by a delightful English lawn shared with the other unit and well maintained, measuring about 1000 square meters, which is bordered by the sea itself and, for hiking enthusiasts, there is a small pier and canoes on the property that are useful for pleasant trips to the sea. In addition, the property has a small, very private beach located on the left side, as well as a number of other equally secluded coves that are within walking distance. The house also consists of a spacious veranda equipped with a barbecue and designed to enjoy the pleasures of outdoor conviviality and enjoy the delicious scents and infinite colors that paint the summer sunsets of the Gallura mountains. Other things to note Pets are always welcome upon request and subject to acceptance, provided they do not climb on the beds or sofas and are taken out of the areas pertaining to the property to relieve themselves.

 Accommodation tax to be paid in cash upon arrival according to the regulations of the Municipality. For check-ins from 9:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. (on request) there is an additional cost of €30.00. In case of late check-in from 10:00 p.m. onwards (upon request), an additional fee of €50.00 will be applied. Upon arrival, a security deposit of €750.00 will be withheld by credit card. The aforementioned amount will be automatically released (depending on the time provided by your bank) at the end of the stay. In the event of damage or non-compliance with the rules of the villa, the agency reserves the right to withhold the amount corresponding to the resulting damage.

 WASTE DISPOSAL: Please respect the rules of separate collection and dispose of waste correctly as per the instructions that will be provided to you at check-in, dividing into separate bags organic, plastic, glass, paper, cans and dry residue, and placing them in the appropriate bins.
