Take it easy with your dog at this dog friendly Bungalow in a quiet cul de sac with parking. Only a 10 minute walk into Beverley for fine dining , shopping and sightseeing .A 20 minute walk to Beverley Race course and our unique Westwood for dog walking, picnics or a round of golf . Rail and bus links close by and on routes to Hull, Scarborough ,Bridlington and York . Hornsea beach is only a 20 minute drive away . Dogs are welcome The space I have listed a small double bedroom with use of a private bathroom across the corridor, which has a regular bath with overhead hand held shower . It has a glass half shower screen . A raised toilet seat can be provided by prior notification . The Bedroom is not large but adequate for a few nights stay . It has a regular double sized bed and bed side table lamps .The room is priced for 1 person ,however there is a maximum of 2 guests allowed , there is a small supplement for double occupancy . please state how many will be coming at time of your booking . ty Pets are welcome but I will need to know in advance as I use different bedding for owners of dog to allow them on the bed . If you are able to bring a throw for your dog to sleep on that will be appreciated or its own bed . If you have a pet hair allergy please be aware that there is a resident dog on the premises . There will be a chair, kettle, tv , wardrobe,hangers and some drawers available for use in the room during your stay . there is a coffee machine which uses pods. Visitors are welcome to use my lounge ,kitchen and conservatory and pop in for a chat with me . Dogs can be let outside into the enclosed garden or walked up the cul de sac. I do travel a lot so the calendar has a lot of unavailable weekends . Due to this I do not take pre bookings more than 2 months in advance as I often don't know my own timetable prior to this . Guests can easily access the property from the drive via the walker friendly ramp and the front door only has a small lip to negotiate . the Bungalow has no steps and is ideal for anyone who uses a walker . There is a small raised bar across the doorway threshold to lift a chair or walker over. The bedroom is possibly not so accessible for a person with very limited mobility as it is not big . You can walk around the bed to both sides . Wheelchair will not fit but can be stored in the corridor outside . The guest bathroom has a shower over the bath . There are no hoists on the premises . During your stay I will be available and share contact details on arrival Other things to note My home is clean and modest. It is not a show home so please accept me as you find me . I have a friendly old little dog and she is not a heavy shedder of fur , however do be aware you may find a few hairs here and there. We are not a show ,home so do not expect perfection. You will find the home clean and hopefully to your liking . I'm still in the process of updating many areas so some work in progress is always ongoing but will not affect your stay . The rear garden is currently undergoing some work but if you have a dog it will be safe and secure to go out during the night . We are close to many lovely dog walking areas ,so please enquire .
